Evan is a native of Springvale, Maine, and has had a varied career, including being an Army Aviator, a Coast Guard Search and Rescue Pilot, co-owner of a family-owned apple business, an Airport Manager, and the Manager of Airport Planning for an east coast engineering firm. He met and married his wife, Betsy, while stationed at Moore Army Airfield at Fort Devens, MA, where she worked as the Airfield Commander’s Secretary. Later in life, she worked as a bookkeeper and spent several years working in the geriatric healthcare field. They raised their two children while traveling with the military and later settled into farm life as civilians.

Between military and civilian life, Evan and Betsy have moved 15 times in 40 years of marriage. They made improvements to all their homes and completely remodeled three fixer-upper homes within a ten-year period. In 2011, they scoured available lakefront properties and found their forever home - a 1940s-era lakeside camp, which they renovated into their permanent home in Sanbornville, NH. They feel blessed to live near their two adult children, their spouse, and their precious grandchildren.

With a love of “all things” real estate, Evan and Betsy obtained their NH Real Estate licenses in 2016. Having personally bought and sold numerous homes over the years, they know the challenges, as well as the range of emotions that accompany buying or selling a home. Evan's goal is to help clients at Costantino Real Estate “feel at home” during the buying and selling process. Evan has a reputation for working tirelessly for his clients. He enthusiastically digs deep to find the answers to his client’s questions and ensures that each transaction goes smoothly and progresses in a timely manner. Betsy currently works as Evan's inactive licensed administrative assistant, taking photos, assisting with write-ups of new listings, and performing other related tasks. Evan and Betsy work as a strong team to help each client reach their individual real estate goals.
